Tried few things like disabled Windows Server Firewall, Anti-Virus Firewall and all local resource in Remote Desktop Connection Manager but still no luck and made some registry configuration too, to decrease the logon time however this also doesn’t work.

Thus, started looking at group policy configuration and fixed the issue by following below settings.
Need to check the remote desktop session host configuration and enable multiple sessions in Group Policy
- Login to the server.
- Open Run and type gpedit.msc and open it
- Go to Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates > > Windows Components >> Remote Desktop Services >> Remote Desktop Session Host >> Connections.
- Double click on Restrict Remote Desktop Services user to a single Remote Desktop Services session and Disable it.
- Double click Limit number of connections and Disable it or set the RD Maximum Connections allowed to 999999.
Now try to login to server your RDP and it will work perfectly.
